Beautiful property in the heart of Dallas; enjoyed Nobu restaurant, which was as excellent as NYC Nobu. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

First off we were greeted with heartfelt genuine “Hello’s”, then our luggage was taken to the room and unpacked for us. It was the most gorgeous room and very clean, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, so the first night was a tad uncomfortable but they got it fixed. The food was fantastic, the whole mood/ service was impeccable. The toilet out o no where would not quit running so every time we flushed we had to pick the back lid up and set it back down so the water would quit running. It was all around a fantastic stay, if you could remove the air conditioner/ toilet issues I would of definitely given it a 10 star rating.

Great location. Stanley Korshak’s store, great restaurants and close to many venues We went to a Christmas party at The Network. The hotel car took us and picked us up which was so nice!

Everything was 5 star service from the moment I pulled up! It began with Ray helping me valet park my car, I was assisted with my bags I originally only had the 4th of July booked but I enjoyed my stay so much I had to stay another night. Angel and Tricia made the stay even better by helping with some arrangements for a surprise. Every time I entered I was greeted and also when I was living. Bj even looked up some great local restaurants for us…to be honest everyone listed made my stay feel like I never left home. Thank you all so much for the amazing experience if you come to this hotel ask for Tricia, Angel, Ray, and Bj! Mahalo from Justen
